bythreestudios serves as a creative support system for emerging artists, established professionals, rebranding companies, and new businesses alike. We offer services including (but not limited to) headshot, portrait, lifestyle, and editorial photography, along with creative direction, consultation, and brand strategy. Our mission is to elevate stories through visually compelling and strategically thoughtful content.
About the Program
bythreestudios is launching its first ever hands-on 7-week internship for a motivated and curious student with an interest in photography, media, design, technology, or entrepreneurship. This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to explore creative tools, build real-world skills, and gain exposure to what it takes to run a creative studio.
Interns will have the opportunity to engage on live projects, and receive one-on-one mentorship and work along side of bythreestudios’ founder. This internship is paid and includes weekly assignments, check-ins, and a final portfolio showcase.
📅 Program Schedule
Duration: July 22 — September 5, 2025
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Location: Brooklyn, NY + occasional in-person studio days
Stipend: Weekly Stipend
What You’ll Learn
How to take and edit portraits
How to plan and deliver creative content
Tools like Canva, Lightroom, Notion, Squarespace, and CapCut
How to pitch a creative idea to a brand
Studio operations and basic business skills
How to build a portfolio and apply for scholarships or grants
Requirements
Must be at least 16 years old during the program dates
Must be available for at least 6 of the 7 program weeks (including on location projects)
Must be able to travel to Brooklyn
Must be committed to learning and showing up weekly with a positive, curious mindset
